Ingredients: Each Gastro-Resistant Tablet contains 20 mg Esomeprazole (as Magnesium Trihydrate). Contains sucrose. See package leaflet for further information. Directions for use: Take one tablet once a day. Do not exceed this dose. The tablets should be swallowed whole. Do not chew or crush the tablets. May take 2-3 days for full effect. If your symptoms worsen or do not improve after taking this medicine for 14 days in a row, contact your doctor. Read the package leaflet before use. Oral use. Storage recommendation: Do not store above 30°C. Store in the original package in order to protect from moisture. Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
What is esomeprazoleHow esomeprazole works: When stomach acid production is reduced by using it as prescribed, less stomach acid is produced. This can help to lower the intensity of heartburn and acid reflux symptoms. Reduced heartburn and indigestion symptoms It is often used as an alternative to taking medicine to lower stomach acid, as it is less likely to cause stomach bleeding or indigestion. Acid reflux is more common with use of NSAIDs such as esomeprazole. If you experience any of these symptoms while taking acid reducer medicine, you should stop using it and see your doctor immediately. Adults 18 years, of age and over: Take 1 capsule daily for at least 7 days and up to 14 days.
Swallow the capsule whole with water, with or without food. Do not crush, chew or open the capsule. Not intended for immediate relief. It may take a few days to achieve maximum results.
Do not take for more than 14 days unless directed by a doctor.
USAGE ADVICE The bottle contains a sealed container with silica gel desiccant. Keep the bottle tightly closed to protect from moisture.

Adults and children from 12 years: Take 1 tablet (30mg) every 4 to 6 hours while symptoms persist. Do not take more than 6 tablets in 24 hours. If an erection lasts for more than 4 hours, seek medical attention immediately. If not, continue to take for a few days.
Take as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the tablets whole with a full glass of water. Do not crush or chew the tablets. Nexium 24HR 7 Day Tablets are usually taken orally for 7 to 10 days.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it’s close to the time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with the regular schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for the missed dose.
